• Step-by-step navigation to appointments: Activate the link provided via the booking SMS to be guided through the different stages of access and easily reach the waiting area for your scheduled appointment.
• Automatic check-in: Enable the navigation feature and allow the app to manage automatic check-in for your procedure when entering the designated pavilion.
• Viewing scheduled appointments: Access the homepage to see upcoming procedures and add them to your calendar as reminders. Past procedures can be reviewed in the settings section.
• Finding destinations and easy navigation: Use the free search function to locate specific areas, browse recommended points of interest on the homepage, or explore surrounding locations via the map interface.
• Real-time availability of wheelchairs: Utilize the Wheelchair Service feature on the homepage to check the current number of wheelchairs available at designated pick-up points within the pavilions.
• Requesting assistance when needed: Contact support through the chat with the digital assistant or use support contacts to obtain information, book taxis, or reserve shuttles to reach your desired location.

The application does not require authentication for use.

The app can only be downloaded if your device meets the following requirements:
